Ordering Info

*** There is a handling fee of $3 for an order less than $100 total. There is a wholesale order handling fee of $2.00 for sample orders of only one piece.

*** Standard orders are shipped from our Atlanta warehouse, most within 24 hours of receipt of order. So allow 4 to 9 days for delivery.

*** We provide free UPS ground shipping (US only) on Wholesale orders of standard merchandise over $500.

*** Call for a quote if you need a guaranteed delivery date. Additional charges may apply for special shipping services.

*** Kideapolis provides a 100% guarantee on all of its products.

*** In the case of defective merchandise, we will replace the defective item. If customer waives replacement, a re-stock fee of 10% will apply.

*** If we are unable to issue a comparable replacement product of equal or greater value in the case of defective merchandise, we will issue a full credit.

*** Written authorization must be obtained from Kideapolis before any returns will be accepted.

*** Return authorization requests must be made within 15 days of receipt of product for refund or within 30 days for exchange.

*** Shipping charges are non-refundable.
