Shipping Policy

Standard orders are shipped from our Buford, GA warehouse, most within 24 - 48 hours of receipt of order. So allow 5 to 10 days for delivery depending our your location.  Please call for a quote if you need a guaranteed delivery date. Additional charges may apply for special shipping services.

Guaranteed Quality (Refunds, Returns and Cancellations)

Kideapolis provides a 100% guarantee on all of its products. In the case of defective merchandise, we will replace the defective item. We will pick up the defective item at our expense and ship you a new product. If a customer waives replacement, a re-stock fee of 10% will apply.

If we are unable to issue a comparable replacement product of equal or greater value in the case of defective merchandise, we will issue a full credit. Written authorization must be obtained from Kideapolis before any returns will be accepted. Please call (866) 542 3276 to make a return authorization request.

Return authorization requests must be made within 15 days of receipt of product for a refund or within 30 days for exchange. For returns products must be in unused, packaged condition. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Should an exchange be requested, the replacement product will be shipped free of charge.

Product Fabric and Workmanship

Kideapolis products are sewn with the finest quality sewing practices in mind. From the double seams and the roomy hoods and pockets on the Team Wrap®, to the quality satin and embroidery on the Cuddle Cape® and Sleep Silky™, Kideapolis products are designed to look great and hold up to years of wear.

Fabric

Team Wrap®
Team Wraps are made of 100% 270 – 280 gsm (grams per square meter) polyester fleece. This is often referred to as medium to heavy weight polar fleece, and is sometimes denoted as 380 grams per linear yard, or 13.5 ounces per linear yard. They also have an ant-pill finish added to the outside of the fleece. This helps with customizing and wear. The inside stays unfinished to keep it super soft.

Cuddle Cape®
Cuddle Capes are made of 100% 240 gsm polyester fleece two-sides brushed. They are about 15% lighter than our Team Wraps. The trim that defines the features of the characters is 100% polyester satin, woven, while the intricate embroidery that enhances the features of each character is done in 100% polyester thread.

Sleep Silky™
Sleep Silky are made of 100% polyester satin, woven. The embroidery that creates the features of each animal is done in 100% polyester thread. 

Sizing

Team Wrap

Team Wraps come in six different sizes covering from the tiniest cheerleaders and soccer player to the larger football players and parents.

• Youth Small - 36" x 36" and fits < 4'0"
• Youth Medium - 44" x 44" and fits 4'0" – 4'6"
• Youth Large - 52" x 52" and fits 4'6" – 5'0"
• Adult Small - 60" x 60" and fits 5'0" – 5'6"
• Adult Medium - 68" x 68" and fits 5'6" - 6'0"
• Adult Large - 76" x 76" and fits 6'0" +

Cuddle Cape
Cuddle Capes are the same size as our Youth Small Team Wrap, measuring 36" x 36" and fitting children under 4'0".

Sleep Silky
Sleep Silky are 18" x 24" in size. 

Colors

Team Wrap 

Team Wraps come in seven standard colors that work well for most teams.

• Black – True Black … doesn't Grey or Brown out when washed
• Green – Deep Green … somewhere between Forest and Kelly
• Maroon – Deep Maroon … closer to Burgundy than to Brown
• Navy – Deep Blue … neither Black or Purple in tint
• Purple – Bright Purple …not eggplant, but a deep color that doesn't pink or blue out
• Red – Candy Apple Red … not orange, not pink
• Royal – Bright Royal … several shade lighter than navy and brighter

Cuddle Cape

• Vanishing Friend® Cuddle Capes come in realistic colors of the 5 endangered animals they represent.
• African Elephant - Grey Fleece and Silver Satin with Black Stitching
• Red Panda - Maroon Fleece with Maroon and Ivory Satin and Stitching
• Radiated Tortoise - Olive Green Fleece with Green Satin and Yellow Stitching
• Tamarin Monkey -Gold Fleece with Yellow Satin and Brown Stitching
• Asian Otter - Brown Fleece with Brown and Ivory Satin and Stitching
• Our Magical Pal® Cuddle Capes come in the fun bright colors that their names imply.
• Pinkapoo - Pink Butterfly with Pink Satin Wings and Curly Antennae
• Snowess - White Snow Princess with a Silver Satin Cape and Crown
• Purploy - Purple Baby Alien with Puffy Purple Hands and 3 Eyes
• Blueboo - Royal Blue Friendly Ghost with a White Satin Patch

Packaging and Hang tag

Our products are individually packaged in a reclosable clear vinyl bag that keeps it clean, neat and stacked. Each item has its own specific bar-coded hang tag (or packaging insert) attached to it. Packages for Adult Team Wraps are 20" x 15". For Youth Team Wraps and Cuddle Capes are 15" x 10", and for Sleep Silky are 8"x8".
