Reseller/Wholesale Agreement

When placing an order with Kideapolis, Inc. you hereby understand and agree to abide by the policies set forth in this agreement. These terms are subject to change at any time and we reserve the right to refuse any wholesale order for any reason. As our business grows and changes we will update our wholesale agreement terms. Please check our website for any updates to this agreement. Approval of a wholesale account is subject to verification of the information included in the wholesale application.

Ordering
Please remember, you are always welcome to call your order in to us directly at 866-543-3276. We love talking with our Resellers. For your convenience we offer three additional ordering methods:

3. Our Reseller Portal (shopping cart) through our Reseller Login. 

Once your wholesale status has been approved, you will be able to view our wholesale pricing discounts through our Reseller Portal. You will also have access to Wholesale Pricing Flyers, Customer Friendly Flyers, Suggested Decorating Guidelines and additional information that will assist you with marketing and selling our products.

Minimum Order
There is a $100.00 minimum order, however no minimum per item.

Payment
Payment for wholesale orders is due in full upon placement of order. We currently accept Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and Amex) and PayPal. Your credit card will be charged for the full amount upon ordering.

Shipping & Delivery
Wholesale orders general ship within 48 hours, sometime less. UPS and USPS are our primary shipping providers.

Cancellation
Orders cancelled prior to shipping are available for a 100% refund. Orders cancelled after shipment will be subject to a 20% restocking fee plus the cost of shipping incurred. Please note that a refund will not be granted until the merchandise is returned to Kideapolis, Inc.

Guaranteed Quality
Kideapolis provides a 100% guarantee on all of its products. In the case of defective merchandise, we will replace the defective item. Defects should be reported to Kideapolis within 72 hours of receipt. If the right to a replacement is waived, a re-stock fee of 10% will apply. If for some reason we are unable to issue a comparable replacement product of equal or greater value in the case of defective merchandise, we will issue a full credit.

Written authorization must be obtained from Kideapolis before any returns will be accepted. Return authorization requests must be made within 15 hours days of receipt of product for refund or within 30 days for exchange. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

For Resale Only
All products are to be purchased for resale only. Your wholesale account is not to be used by anyone other than you or an approved representative of your company. We reserve the right to terminate any wholesale account found to be violating this agreement.

Privacy & Confidentiality
We are committed to your privacy. We will not share any information with a third party (public or private). We will add your email address to our distribution list for special offers and exciting new product information.

Product Photography and Marketing
Photography and Marketing images on our website are owned by Kideapolis, Inc. and are not to be copied or used in any way to promote Kideapolis products without written permission from Kideapolis, Inc. Should you require images for promoting Kideapolis products on your website, please email your request to support@kideapolis.com. We will be happy accommodate your request if possible.
